Minor Leonida Department of Corrections
Stefanie
Also known as Stefani
Lucia's corrections counsellor, the first voice in GTA VI's marketing: Trailer 1 opens with her asking "Lucia, do you know why you're here?". The name comes from the nameplate on her desk as fans read it; PC Gamer spells it Stefani. Rockstar hasn't named her, and she hasn't appeared since.

What isn't established
The published record names Stefanie and describes the role above. It does not establish appearance, fate, or how much of the game they appear in, and no mission structure has been confirmed for anyone. Those stay off this page until something official states them.
