Supporting Boobie Ike's operation
Raymond
An associate of Boobie Ike's, wary about moving product since his partner disappeared. Jason and Lucia meet him at an apartment building while collecting for Boobie; the exchange is interrupted by a police raid. One outlet's wording describes him as a cat, which reads as period slang for "a guy" in context -- no source states outright that he is a person, so this record sits at inference rather than confirmed.

What isn't established
The published record names Raymond and describes the role above. It does not establish appearance, fate, or how much of the game they appear in, and no mission structure has been confirmed for anyone. Those stay off this page until something official states them.
