Who is the GTA VI cover girl? The DJ rumour, graded

Nobody official has said. When Rockstar revealed GTA VI's cover art in June 2026, fans matched the woman in the green top to a 2024 photo of Venezuelan DJ Gabriela Chiquin. She played along, captioning it 'They say I look like the brunette in GTA VI', but didn't claim to be the model, and Rockstar hasn't commented. A lookalike, so far, not a confirmation.

Every GTA cover has a cast, and every cast gets searched for. This page shows no photo of anyone and none of Rockstar's art.

Verdict: Speculation, Very Low confidence: DJ Gabriela Chiquin modelled for GTA VI's cover art. Confirmed: she responded with a lookalike photo and a joke caption, without claiming to be the model. Rockstar hasn't said who, if anyone, the art is based on.

The badges on this page rate her response, the strongest fact here, not the theory.

Who is the woman on GTA VI's cover?

Unknown. Rockstar revealed the cover art on 18 June 2026, alongside the date for pre-orders. One figure, a woman in a green sports top, drew most of the attention, and Rockstar hasn't said who she is or whether she's a character in the game.

Is Gabriela Chiquin the GTA VI cover girl?

There's no evidence she is. Within days a Reddit user pointed to a 2024 photo of Gabriela Chiquin, a Venezuelan DJ, producer and model, in a similar green top with similar hair. The photo predates the art by two years, so she didn't recreate it after the fact. But a resemblance is all anyone has shown.

What did Gabriela Chiquin say?

She played along. She pinned the 2024 photo and changed its caption to "They say I look like the brunette in GTA VI". She didn't say she modelled for the art, and Rockstar hasn't commented.

Has a real person claimed a GTA cover before?

Yes, and lost. Lindsay Lohan sued Take-Two and Rockstar in 2014, saying a GTA V character used her likeness. New York's highest court dismissed the case in 2018. Outlets covering the GTA VI rumour point out that Rockstar is unlikely to have based its art on a real person without a deal, after that fight.

What changes this: a statement from Rockstar or Gabriela Chiquin, or the woman turning up in the game.
