Supporting Heder boat yard, the Leonida Keys
Brian Heder
An old-school Keys drug runner from the golden age of smuggling, still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori. Rockstar's profile has him long past doing his own dirty work, and housing Jason rent-free in exchange for help with local shakedowns.
