The state of Leonida: the regions Rockstar has named
Beyond Vice City, Rockstar has named five more regions of Leonida: the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Mount Kalaga, Port Gellhorn and Ambrosia. Its edition copy adds smaller places, from Ocean Beach to Lake Leonida, and its developers now say the map is about twice GTA V's and the game starts in the Keys. Where any of it sits is still unpublished.

Bloomberg reported in 2022 that Rockstar planned to keep adding missions and cities, and in September 2026 files from a cancelled, much bigger Liberty City for GTA V surfaced in a leaked archive.
